Oerhört bra! Antagligen det bästa jag läst i ämnet. Mycket praktiskt orienterad, dels med tilltalet om att det nog är du som läsare som behöver göra vissa saker, men också med tips om hur du får andra att förstå det du vill göra (och just läst i boken).
Boken kan potentiellt vara det enda du behöver för att vara en trygg person som driver ett team igenom en designsprint. Men om inte annat är den fantastisk för dig som ska delta i en designsprint och kan vara den som hjälper facilitatorn på traven, eller redan innan dess är beställarkompetensen att hyra in en facilitator.

Rekommenderar precis alla som jobbar med tjänstedesign och designtänkande att läsa denna bok!
