Also read The Treehouse by B. P. Walter. That was a mistake. Very convoluted plot with a couple of twists too many, combined with a narration that jumped back and forth in illogical ways. Cannot recommend The Treehouse. (Could also not find it on Bookwyrm so I cannot make a separate post of it. Maybe the absence was a hint...)
